Over £5,000 fundraised and counting by 13 individuals
The Edinburgh Virtual Kiltwalk took place over the weekend of 11th-13th September 2020. We had many SSCB supporters out in their stride walking many feet, metres, miles & kilometres! Raising over a fabulous £5,000.00 towards the Simpsons Special Care Babies, the Official Charity for the Neonatal Unit at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
Out again and with even greater determination was our very own Secretary & Trustee Virginia Russell.
Gemma (SSCB Trustee) met Hannah in the neonatal unit as Hannah's little boy Freddie was in the cot next to her son, Ryan. The boys are now best buddies, and on Sunday 13th September, Gemma and Hannah walked 15.5miles and raised over £2000.
Enjoyed beautiful views from the top of Arthur’s Seat. Thanks so much to our family and friends for generous donations £320.83 raised for @SSCBcharity
